Fantastic as always! I have never had a bad experience with this office. I have spacial anxiety and find dental work difficult to deal with because they are in my face/bubble. This staff always does a fantastic job of comforting me and helping me through the process. I never feel like my anxiety is an issue for them or that the extra time I need is messing up their schedule. Everyone at Smiles is so friendly and kind. I’ve recommended Smiles for Centreville to multiple friends who have switched, each having a different dental hygienist and I’ve only heard good reports back. As long as I’ve gone, I’ve stuck with my same dental hygienist as she is so easy to talk to and makes the time go by so quickly (shout out to Jen). All the doctors are personable and when I have needed cavities to be filled, it was quick while also getting done right. I was checked in on a lot to make sure I wasn’t in any pain and didn’t feel shamed or insecure when I asked for an extra shot of Novocain. I always feel well taken care of at Smiles for Centreville.

Big place with lots of room, night hours to accommodate schedule, competent friendly staff, good intake process with their staff doing the insurance work, not patient, modest amounts of paperwork. Hygienist was through but gentle. Highly recommend.
